Bodycam footage has emerged of police in Utah taking pictures out the window of a submerged van to rescue a 12-year-old woman who was trapped underwater.
The incident occurred in early June on the Settlement Canyon Reservoir in Tooele, outdoors of Salt Lake City.
In a video launched by the Tooele City Police Department, a voice may be heard saying, “We received to shoot it out, you aren’t going to interrupt it with the water in right here.”
The footage begins with an officer pulling as much as a frantic scene on the banks of the reservoir and studying {that a} 12-year-old woman is trapped in a submerged automobile.
